A New paradigm in leadership(ARISE)

As the prominent psychologist, Dr Larry Crabb says that we all have two basic psychological needs in our lives-the need for security and the need for significance. Nobody wants to get to the end of life and believe that his earthly existence was not important in some ways.The Danish philosopher Soren Aabye Kierkegaard put it like this,"Every one must find some way to justify their existence"

It is in light of this that we see certain and different efforts that have been made by man in creating and attributing significance to his existence. As history has been able to convincingly  present and prove to us that significance of particular people has been associated with their level of development, this can be seen in the sociological nature of development, ie A nations significance is in direct proportion of its level of development.
This call for the need of development which is a direct product of education.(learning,and teaching of relevant knowledge).
In 2900 to 3000Bc, Africa was leading in education , history confirms that Greek historians,philosophers,Mathematicians,Architects, Archaeologists came to Egypt to receive education. As at that time Africa was the centre of civilization, then the Greek took education from africa,then the Romans from Greek, then the British from Romans then America hijacked it from the British. And till date wherever Education goes their civilization Goes. If you now ask what then happened to Africa where it all started?
That's the Question we all need to ask ourselves, we were Leading an now now where to be found. That why if we look carefully among 200 leading Universities 129 are in America and among the 10 world leading Universities 7 are in America and 2 are in Britain. We can now see that America and Britain. Or other developed countries are not really termed developed nations or World power by mere trade and commerce or by any other economic and financial attribute rather they are developed based on the level of their "INTELLECTUAL CAPACITY"

Therefore This is a call to all, both Teenagers, Youths, and elderly to wake up to bring back the "GOOD START" I call it, let's give our selves to investment in literature, reading books, acquiring knowledge without compromise let's develop our nation. As someone observed "If you want to hide any information from Africans put it in a book". Its time to prove this statement wrong, bring back the culture of reading, bring back the dignity of Africa, bring back the pride of our Nation's.....ITS TIME TO BRING BACK THE BOOK...as observed "Obanisola tobi praise" Arise, Youths let's give ourselves to develop our great Nation, defend a cause we believe in, let's develop new paradigm in LEADERSHIP.
